About the Studio
Pendleton Yoga & Dance Studio is currently owned and organized by Brigitte Amsberry.
About the Instructors
Brigitte Amsberry is a certified YogaFit (Level II) Instructor. She teaches classes on Tuesday evenings with additional classes on alternating Saturday mornings.
Developed by Beth Shaw, YogaFit is Yoga developed for the fitness industry. This practice delivers a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.
Tania Wildbill is a certified Kripalu and Amrit Yoga (level II) instructor. She also is the founder and director of the annual Yoga Round-Up, LLC in Pendleton. Tania currently teaches Lunch Box Yoga and regular classes on Wednesday evenings and alternating Saturday mornings.
Developed by Yogi Amrit Desai, Amrit Yoga is a dynamically active and deeply meditative approach to postures. Learn how to apply yoga in your daily life and become empowered to manage your thoughts and emotions. Come to a class and build physical, mental, and emotional strength and vitality.
Michelle Miller & Gary Parker are the founders of the Pendleton Yoga & Dance Studio and are Brown & White Belt Nia Instructors respectively. They teach classes at the studio on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Wednesday and Friday evenings, and Sunday mornings.

About Nia
Simple Choreography, Great Music, and Healing Movement
Founded on the pleasure principle, Nia leaves behind the "no pain, no gain" model of exercise and teaches us to live actively, consciously and creatively within our bodies. Each session includes a warm-up, a fantastic cardio-workout, and a cooling down and stretching sequence. Through this movement practice, you will learn to promote stability, strength, agility, flexibility and mobility in all of your everyday activities.
